OFFICERS |
| Section 1: |
The elected officers of the Boeing Employees' Boat Club shall consist of a Commodore (President), Vice Commodore (Vice President), Secretary and Treasurer. These four plus the Junior Past Commodore shall comprise the Executive Board. The Treasurer shall be an active Boeing employee. Eligible candidates for Commodore, Vice Commodore, and Secretary of the executive board may be an active Boeing employee or a retiree of The Boeing Company. |
| Section 2: |
Additional officers to be selected by election shall be the Fleet Captain and three Trustees. They shall be nominated and elected by the members during the election process. The Fleet Captain and any Trustee may be a spouse of an employee or spouse of a retiree. |
| Section 3: |
The Junior Past Commodore (Immediate Past President) shall be a member of the Executive Board. If the Junior Past Commodore is not able to serve, the Board shall chose another Past Commodore (Past President) to be the member on the Board as long as the candidate has remained an active member of the Club. |
