Section 1:
|
Regular meetings shall be held on the Second Monday of each month excluding July and August. The Oxbow Recreation Center shall be used for these meetings.

Section 2:
|
The Executive Board shall meet at a time and place designated by the Commodore.
|

Section 3:
|
Special meetings may be called at any time as determined by the Executive Board.
|

Section 4:
|
All meetings will be conducted in compliance with Roberts Rules of Order. A simple majority vote determines general club business providing that a quorum, as defined in the By-laws, Article 1, is present.
